Forest Upper Cervical Chiropractic Centers are located in both Fremont and Alameda have been serving the East Bay communities since 1980.
Dr. Steven Forest, a 1979 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, is a second generation chiropractor committed to providing pain relief for many symptoms and conditions so that you can enjoy a higher quality of life.
We begin with the understanding that each of us is born to be healthy. The inherent power that allowed your body to develop is the same power that can heal the body and keep the body healthy. In order to do the job properly we must learn and follow the laws of nature.
At Forest Upper Cervical Chiropractic Centers, Dr. Forest's gentle holistic approach and natural solutions for many common health issues have improved the lives of our clients. Our chiropractic services are tailored to the needs of each unique patient.
As chiropractors we work with the spine because its primary job is to house and protect the delicate nervous system. The function of the nervous system is to control and coordinate ALL of the other functions within the body.
Injury to the spine may misalign a vertebra creating interference to nerve transmission. We call this a subluxation. A subluxation may produce pain, muscle stiffness or spasm, radiating pain or other dysfunction and over time cause degeneration of the spine.
Our services include a holistic approach based on sound medical knowledge. We specialize in pain management, and physical rehabilitation. We focus on healing injuries caused by automobile accidents, sports injuries, and workplace injuries. We can help reverse the effects of injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, and poor lifting habits. At Forest Chiropractic we believe in promoting wellness through injury prevention and health maintenance.
Each individual is unique and the approach to treatment must be tailored to the individual. If we think we can help you, we will tell you, and if not, we will try to refer you to the proper care.
If you would like to make an appointment for a complementary consultation or have any questions, please give us a call or send us an email.
